Ntoulia Dora

ntoulia theodwraNtoulia Dora is an economist, consultant, expert, mentor and adults’ trainer on Social Economy, Social Entrepreneurship, Microfinance, Equal Opportunities and Lifelong Learning issues. As an adults’ trainer, she has been working in public, private and 3rd sector organizations (e.g Hellenic Kapodistrian University of Athens - (EKPA) - Center for Distance Learning, Educational centers of the Ministry of Education and private Educational Centers).

She has 33 years of experience both in Public sector as General Secretary of Equal Opportunities in Greece (responsible for equal opportunity polices application) and as Civil servant & Manager on General Secretariat of Adult Education, General Secretariat of Youth and on the Prefecture of Ioannina and in Private and 3rd sector, responsible for designing, implementation and management of projects co-financed by National and Community resources in the fields of Management, Networking, Structures development, Promotion, Publicity, Business Organization, Human Resources development and access to Microfinance, all targeting on existing and future entereupreuners, unemployed people, women, refuges, migrants, lonely families and other excluded target groups.

She has organized many congresses and other dissemination activities (50) and has written books (7) on the above referred issues, training manuals (2) and many publications. She is active member in Women Organizations and president of the Scientific Association “«SOLIDARITY CONSULTANCY & COUNCELLING NETWORK»

Anastasia Avgerinou

She is a graduate of the Law School  and obtain Masters in Banking. She speaks and writes in Greek, English and German language.

She  has been working for the Greek financial system for more than thirty years, in the field of creating financial products addressed to SME’s, while her  total work experience exceeds a time span of  thirty-five  years.

During her professional career she gained considerable experience in financing Greek SMEs, which served constructively in implementing state aid programs targeted to facilitate access of SMEs to financing (loans, guarantees, leasing, etc.). Most of these programs make use of European Structural Funds, resulting in finance or guarantee up to 60.000 SME’s. She participated in the founding team of   the Guarantee Fund and the Financial Engineering Instruments  in Greece.

She also gained considerable experience in compliance and risk management (credit risk, operational risk) issues, as  Bank Auditor and as ETEAN’s General Manager and Director of the Guarantees and Risk Department . ETEAN SA is a financial institution under Central Bank’s of Greece supervision.

Aspasia Teodorakaki

Aspasia Theodorakaki Aspasia Teodorakakis is a graduate of the Aristoteleion Thessaloniki with a degree in Physics and of the School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ΑΣΠΑΙΤΕ) with a specialization in Counseling Vocational Guidance. She has taken part in a series of training courses concerning innovative te counseling. Her scientific interests focus on topics regarding the development of social and professional skills in teens. She active professionally, as an educator in secondary education, and as a vocational guidance counselor; carrying out individual and group programs for teens. Georgia Karamichali

Georgia KaramichaliGeorgia Karamichali has studied Social Work at the Department of Social Administration in Democritus University of Thrace. She is also a graduate of the Program for Vocational Counseling of the Higher School of Pedagogical & Technological Education (ASPETE) and holds a postgraduate degree in European Social Policy from the Department of Social and Education Policy of the University of Peloponnese. She is currently employed as a Social Worker in the Social Service of the Municipality of LikovrisiPefki, as well as a Professional Consultant at the Municipal Employment and Entrepreneurship Bureau. Additionally, she also implements individual vocational guidance programs for teenagers.
